In brief: Boils

Warm soaks or compresses with a wash cloth may help reduce inflammation.
If the condition worsens see a dermatologist for treatment since a bacterial infection could be serious.

In brief: Bleach bath

Place a cup of bleach in bath of water. Wash body ( not hair).
Rinse. Repeat weekly for 1 month. Bleach is know to rid the skin of the bacteria mrsa, that typically causes boils/abscesses. If that doesn't work, you may need a course of antibiotics.
