In brief: Stop taking it
Simply stop taking your Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and it will get out of your system in a few days.
However, if you have taken Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) for a long time or in high doses, you may have some trouble stopping it abruptly and should probably taper the dose down gradually by 5-10mg every few days before stopping it. Even then, it is possible that you may have difficulty stopping it because you could be addicted to it.

In brief: Time
If you have been off adderal for a 24-36 hour period, it is essentially out of your system. You may experience some side effects from not being on the medication, either chemical or physical dependence symptoms, but the drug is essentially gone.

Stop taking it.
You may need to take a really long walk but mostly just wait until your body metabolizes it.
