Use drying agents. White bumps may be filled with either thick skin oil, and less likely they are filled with pus. Pus is made of dead white blood cells and are a sign of infection. Skin oil, sebum, is thick oil that has clogged the pores. In either case, keep the skin clean and dry, avoid moisturizers and lotions, and purchase acne medications, like benzoyl peroxide or retinoids.
I have this bump on my face thats not acne. It looks like a small build up of clear fluid, not pus. I cant get rid of it for anything. Help!
