Is there any food that goes directly to belly fat? What are some foods that can help get rid of belly fat?

In brief: Central obesity

Central or abdominal obesity is often due to the accumulation of viceral fat tissue in addition to subcutaneus fat and can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, Insulin resistance and diabetes.
You need to exercise regularly, eating low glycemic, high fiber foods, cutting bad fat (saturated and trans) and consuming the same or fewer calories than you are burning.

Try looking into food labels more carefully. I mean try avoiding anything that has High Fructose Corn Syrup or HFCS. Becauseof the way your body metabolizes fructose , there is a higher tendency for one to be overweight eating foods with fructose. Watch the youtube video by Dr. Robrert Lustig entitled "Sugar, the Bitter Truth." It is lenghty but very informative . Stress can also cause obesity.

In brief: Belly Fat

Typically foods don't go straight to your belly.
Fat is usually distributed throughout the body. Your body may tend to store more fat in some areas as opposed to others, however the type of food does not affect this. The same goes for burning fat. You cannot selectively burn fat from one area as opposed to another. To get rid of fat you need to eat healthy and exercise.
