Also selenium, copper, zinc, alpha-lipoic acid, dmae, hyaluronic acid, essential fatty acids, and plenty of water ndt least 6 hours of sleep nightly.

Depending on your skintype and goals, supplements may help.
Remember that a nutritious diet high in antioxidants and variety of veggies/fruits is the best way to promote healthy skin. One of my favorite supplements is omega3fishoil. Good for all skin types: dry, acneic, wrinkled, dull, eczematous, psoriatic. Etc. Make sure you consult your doctor before starting any supplements.
