Lupus you need to usually avoid sun.
Listen to your body and work with your doctor what is safe. I usually tell people to do a little more today than you did yesterday, for 15 minutes. Do this *every day* unless injured (then stretch), and slowly build strength, which improves immune function. Indoor swimming would be ideal in most instances.
