In brief: See the doctor

Make sure you took all of your Azithromycin as directed.
If you did, and you're still having symptoms, you could have been reinfected with chlamydia or have another different infection. Your doctor can retest you to see if you still have chlamydia, or any new infections. If necessary, he or she will give you the appropriate antibiotics.

In brief: No, See the Doc!

The symptoms of chlamydia are similar to those of other infections, such as gonorrhea, that do not respond to azithromycin.
You may also have more than 1 infection at once. The only way to know exactly what's going on is to visit your doctor, have cultures taken, & get the appropriate antibiotics. If not, infections like gonorrhea & chlamydia can worsen & lead to complications like infertility.
