A "natural" vitamin is precisely the same as a vitamin not so labeled. This type of description is pure baloney used as marketing talk by the vitamin cons. It is a multi-billion dollar scam. Notice that ALL the vit C now in our poor country comes from China because it is cheaper (higher profits).

In addition, all the so-called vitamin C from China is ascorbic acid, only one component of the vitamin C complex. Ascorbic acid sold and promoted by big pharma as "vitamin C" is fraudulent and possibly dangerous. It is also not effective for any deficiency of vitamin C. Only a complete C complex may have benefits for selected patients, and it costs a lot more.

There is no substitute for caloric restriction and increase in physical activity. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually.
