Which type of scoliosis do I have if it's like in my upper back kinda where my neck is?

Any type. Congenital with abnormal vertebral shape is a definite possibility. Otherwise, idiopathic is most likely. Various curve configurations may give differing appearance to the spine. So your curve may be a structural upper thoracic curve or primary thoracic with a compensatory structural upper curve. These are classified as lenke 1, 2, 3, 4.
Upper thoracic. It sounds like you have a scoliosis with an upper thoracic curve in it, which often comes to the base of the neck and so are quite visible. Theses curves often have one or two compensatory curves below to try to bring the trunk to a point it is centered over the pelvis. Don't hesitate to be seen to discuss treatment options.
