For runny nose, salt water nasal spray/drops or antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may five relief. Tylenol will also help with the body aches. Encourage fluids, broth, chicken noodle soup, pedialyte/gatorade *diluted) to prevent dehydration.
