In brief: Pressure
Sinus pain often occurs because there is inflammation that lead to swelling of the nasal anatomy.
Often there is my enough space for this swelling and things touch when they shouldn't. This leads to pain and pressure. When you lean over the sinus become more engorged with blood and that causes further swelling and this worsening pain/pressure.

In brief: Sinusitis
Sounds like you have some fluid in your sinuses and it's inflamed.
Now we need to figure out if it's viral, bacterial, allergic or rarely fungal.
