In brief: Possibilities

Many people are able to tolerate well.
Most common is sedation especially in doses up to 100 mg, less in higher doses. Most concerning is weight gain and metabolic syndrome (increased triglycerides and blood sugar and possible diabetes). There are other potential side effects, but these are what i most comonly see.
