In brief: Needs examination

Septal surgery is not always successful.
A good examination by an otolaryngologist is needed. Nasal obstruction can also be non anatomical . Allergens and irritants such as smoke are also possible causes of nasal problems. Visit with a good otolaryngologist who also practices allergy

In brief: Septum Surgery

Unfortunately, it is common to continue to have a stuffy nose after septum surgery.
Breathing is about much more than a crooked septum. Swollen nasal membranes, as seen with allergies or chronic irritants (the most common is stomach acid) create rhinitis -- a swollen, inflammed nose. Many prescription nose sprays help. Go see your primary healthcare provider.
