In brief: 24 YEAR OLD ACNE

Could be your diet.
Stop nuts and peanut butter. Stop chocolate; cut down on dairy products. Wash with neutrogena acne wash and apply a bpo (benzoyl peroxide) cream or lotion -- something like clearasil -- on the affected areas at night. If it persists, see a dermatologist who may prescribe an oral antibiotic for you.

In brief: Staph infection

It could be from clogged pores, like pimples.
But recurrent boils on the back can be sometimes due to infection from a special type of bacteria, called staph. Sometimes antibiotics are needed. May want to talk with your doctor.

In brief: Acne

Sounds like cystic acne would have it looked at as you might be candidate for accutane.
