In brief: Possibly

There is minimal evidence that there is a cure for hypermobility.
Although, a cure may not be necessary as it is not a disease in and of itself. If you have chronic pain from instability due to hypermobile ligaments there are several options. Physical therapy is the best first choice. Prolotherapy and prp injections may be effective. Discuss with a sports med/ortho doctor for possible expectations.

The poster is probably talking about Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, not a local joint issue.

In brief: No

This is an inherited disorder. One can treat the symptoms but not the cause.
