Most are benign however need to be followed to make sure they are not effecting LV function

Pvc's are common and don't lead to VT or vf.
Ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation are extremely serious and fortunately not very common. Pvc's are a single abnormal early beat by the ventricle. Most of over 50 probably have a few of a day, and just don't notice it.
