In brief: ?Hypoglycemia

Hypoglycemia, or low blood glucose, can occur in certain individuals not taking diabetes meds.
Hypoglycemia can lead to symptoms of hunger, shakiness, fast pulse, sweat, headaches. The most common form of hypoglycemia happens after eating certain foods that have fast-acting carbs. The carbs cause excessive release of insulin, which then will lower glucose too much. Consider checking your sugars.

In brief: Find cause

If you are constantly hungry and gaining weight, the most important first step is to rule out insulinoma.
Your physician can do this. Ruling various forms of diabetes in or out will come next. If you are always hungry and losing weight, a malabsorption / maldigestion workup is in order. Pancreatic disease, celiac sprue, whipple's disease are only the most familiar possibilities.
