Fed my baby rotten avocado. Worried about mold poisoning. What should I do? Has been having more frequent smelly well formed or liquid stools.

In brief: Prob low risk
Mold will not cause food poisoning in an otherwise healthy baby, but spoiled foods do pose a risk for bacterial food poisoning.
If the baby appears ill, has blood in stool, a fever, or intractable vomiting, see the pediatrician. Without those symptoms, observation is adequate. Importantly, check food for spoilage before serving- don't give "iffy" foods!
