Fls heart tightness uneasyness sudden pain for a second in left side of chest both back nd front left hand pain sometymes. Ecg CBC chest xray al normal?

Please clarify/check. This could be heart disease, but it could be from stress also. You might have a pneumothorax as you are young, but this usually occurs in thin individuals. Your weight puts you at increased risk for heart disease, but you are young and your tests were negative. So it would be wise to see your doctor for a full work-up including what situations this occurs in and if you're under stress.
