Why are you having unprotected sex and then having to take plan b? What about std's? You need to start acting like an adult.
Yes, pre-ejaculate pregnancies do occur - unlikely in your case. No guy knows when they are "close to ejaculation". You need to be more responsible or you'll be rewarded with an unwanted pregnancy or infection in the near future.

unlikely. Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile (however, don't know how promptly samples were examined).
