In brief: Infection

Leukocytes are white blood cells.
When they are found in the urine, they are frequently indicative of an infection.

Can also be sign of kidney or bladder stone. Also possible reflux of urine from bladder to kidney, or partial urinary tract blockage. Probably worth getting a kidney and bladder ultrsound.

In brief: Needs evaluation

Leucocytes (inflammatory white cells) are not seen in normal urine which is usually sterile.
Assuming the specimen was collected properly, the white cells are clues to infection somewhere in the urinary tract: bladder, accessory glands to the urethra, kidney) and can be serious if not treated. This should always be evaluated by your personal doctor.
