To be effective at quitting, people often need to find other ways to relieve stress such as exercise or relaxation. See your PCP. Pcp stands for primary care physician. Your treatment will be based on how addicted you are. For examlpe if you need your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking you may need a combination of nicotine replacement (patch, lozenge, or gum) and medication.
