My chest hurts when I breathe in or bend over, but it doesn't hurt to the touch. It has happened before. Both times in the a.M.After sleeping @ night.

Various causes. Causes to think about would include costochondritis or a pericarditis. Costochondritis is an inflammation of where the ribs come around and attach to your sternum. This can cause pain with movement of the chest wall (breathing, bending/moving). Pericarditis is an inflammation of the skin tissue surrounding the heart. It can hurt more with moving or breathing also. A doc can help sort this out.
