Taking 750 mg or more amitriptylin by an adult can result in severe toxicity. Your friend needs immediate medical attention. This could be lethal if he does not get treatment NOW.

I got your response back. Call 911 for ambulance & let them and police contend with it. If you don't CALL 911 and he or she dies or suffers grave health consequences - than you will have to live with it. I don't want to debate this matter - CALL 911 now.
