Will I be able to walk on foot if my ankle is broken or fractured but with pain and swelling?

Broken ankle. Yes you could have a fracture in your ankle and still walk on it. If there is continued pain and swelling, see your doctor.
Fracture. You can walk on it if the bone is non weight bearing like the fibula. My question is. Why would you want to? It may not heal in correct position or at all and why endure the pain. Get it checked to make sure it's non displaced and stay off it unless the doctor has cleared you to do so.

Foot sore on top at "bend" between leg. Deep, dull pain close to ankle bone. No bruising/swelling. X-ray show no fractures. Able to walk, hop, etc?

Possibly impingement. The anterior ankle joint may become painful when the foot is excessively dorsiflexed during activity. The soft tissue or joint capsule becomes "pinched" between the tibia (leg) and the talus(foot) causing pain. X-rays will show no fracture due to only soft tissue involvement. Typically minimal swelling or bruising. Read more...

Four months before twist my left ankle stable fabula fracture. Still feel stifness when I try to walk nore more swelling whn stiff and swelng finish?

Up to a year. Generally, it can take up to a year for swelling to dissipate around an ankle injury due to the limited space and skin around the area. 3 weeks ago I rolled my ankle, x-rays say no broken bones but although I can now walk it hurts sometimes and the swelling is still there is it normal?

Very normal. Expect some ankle swelling after a sprained ankle for about 6 weeks after the injury. It is very encouraging you can now walk with limited pain. Make sure you are doing rehab exercises to improve your recovery at this time. If swelling and pain exist after 6 weeks see your medical provider for a recheck. Read more...
Water cast.. When the soft tissue elements that support the ankle are injured as with an ankle sprain, there is a resulting instability. As the the injured ligaments heal, the stability of the ankle will return.
