My controlled uric acid level is 5.2. And is stable for past two tests. Is this level good enough to reverse the gout topie.

Yes. It is a slow process however and may require many months to years.
Plenty good. Uric acid can crystallize at 6.8 mg/dl. We typically shoot to keep levels less than 6.0 mg/dl. 5.2 is quite acceptable.
5.2 is a great . Level to prevent future attacks. Uloric has been shown to actually get rid of tophi. I am not surety at just lowering the uric acid actually gets rid of prior tophaseous deposits.
