Whats good for pink eye?

Good hygiene. Rest, time, artificial tears, compresses, topical antibiotics typically if severe discharge, sometimes topical steroids if develop subepithelial infiltrates or pseudomembranes; see eye physician.
Warm compresses. Most cases of "pink eye" go away by themselves within a week. Applying warm compresses several times each day speeds it along. A minority of cases need antibiotic drops. Take a washcloth, run warm water onto it, and hold it over the eye until the washcloth cools.
