When it interferes with life...Does not whant to get up from bed, does not want to eat, does not go for a shower or if pt ever attempt to cause damage to himself or others physically. If pt does not want to go to work or if pt stops dealing with his/ her usual hobbies or interests. If pt has insomnia or sleeps too much, eats too much...Cries a lot...
