What are pregnancy chances with a scarred cervix and fluid in uterus? On clomid, (clomiphene) reg menses, and ovulation

What did your doctor. Say as this is not enough info to give an answer as it depends how scarred is the cervix and how much fluid in the uterus and other factors and if u do get preg then u may end up needing a cerclage of the cx if it measures too short due to the scarring which your OB can do an ultrasound to check.

Hi I had Clomid (clomiphene) 100 mg having lt ovary follicle size 17mm in 13 th day with minimal fluid in uterus. When do I ovulate?

Possibly day 17. Follicles are usually mature at approximately 20 or so millimeters in maximum diameter. Follicles usually grow approximately 2 mm per day. On day 15 the follicle will probably be mature then release approximately two days later on day 17 of the cycle. Read more...

Period 1 day late. Neg preg test. Take clomid (clomiphene). Purple discharge. Tiny spot of blood in cervix. I prolapse uterus so I can see. Clomid (clomiphene) mess up cycle?

Clomid (clomiphene) The idea of Clomid (clomiphene) is to trigger ovulation in those who do not ovulate. If you get pregnant then you won’t have period. If you ovulated but did not get pregnant then your cycle will come on time. If Clomid (clomiphene) did not “work” and you did not ovulate then the preexisting irregular menstrual cycle that triggered the use of Clomid (clomiphene) in the first place is still in effect and the cycle will be late. HOW CLOMID (clomiphene) CAN AFFECT WHEN USING IT FOR OVULATION INDUCTION THE UTERUS LINING?

Estrogen blocker. Clomid (clomiphene) acts by blocking estrogen receptors. These receptors are present in many parts of the body, including the brain & the lining of the uterus (endometrium). Without estrogen, the endometrium thins out. It doen't affect the other layers of the uterus, so your uterus won't "burst open." Once you stop Clomid (clomiphene), the endometrium will return to normal. Read more...

I have pcos but tubes & uterus is okay. I am 29 years. Have 6 cycles of Clomid (clomiphene) & the last 3 cycles FSH was added but never ovulated. Will IVF be okay?

PCOS. Clomid (clomiphene) and FSH can be used in PCOS to assist with ovulation, but using these sometimes requires injections of HCG to produce ovulation. Providers will follow follicle development and give HCG when the size of the growing follicle(s) is/are appropriate. IVF methods are much more expensive, but are more certain to achieve pregnancy. Suggest more attempts using present medications, ultrasound/HCG. Read more...

I started Clomid (clomiphene) at day 3 of light bleeding without the flow of blood, was this wrong, how my follicular phase, ovulation, uterus will be affected?

Probably OK. If the time was right for your period then day three start is OK. If your periods were irregular and you known you were not pregnant - the bleeding may have just been BTB and starting the Clomid (clomiphene) would be OK. The only time Clomid (clomiphene) would be a bad idea would be if you have already conceived or if you have ovulated within the last 24 hours and still could conceive. We do not take Clomid (clomiphene) if pregnant. Read more...
