Is it strange if you vagnial temp. Is still high 6 days after ouvlation?

Not strange. The ovary starts producing Progesterone after ovulation. The Progesterone will cause the basal body temperature to rise about one-half degree fahrenheit. That temperature elevation persists until the Progesterone level falls, just before the menstrual period begins. Unless, as dr. Fielder points out, you happen to conceive - then the temperature will remain slightly elevated.
No. A woman's temperature remains slightly higher after ovulation until pregnancy doesn't occur. Then it will drop.
