In brief: Stop picking it
Either stop picking it , or, if u swear up and down ur not, get it taken off! truth is get it checked out either way.

Definitely get it checked out by a dermatologist. Certain slow-growing skin cancers such as Basal Cell Carcinoma or Squamous Cell Carcinoma can resemble a scab that doesn't heal. I see plenty every day. Don't be alarmed but have a dermatologist take a look to make sure its nothing dangerous.

In brief: See an M.D.
Nonhealing lesions may be a skin cancer.
See a dermatologist for evaluation and possible biopsy for diagnosis and treatment. There could be other causes but need to rule out skin cancer.
