What can you do when you are sleeping ten hours a day but not feeling rested when you wake up? I'm a full time student and a part time worker. Help!

In brief: Overall sleep
Three things 1) make sure it is not just 2-3 days a week that you are "catching up on sleep" by burning the candle both ends the other nights.
2) see that you are sleeping continually and not having broken sleep by snoring, apnea, waking up to urinate, etc. 3) look at your mood. Sleepiness can be sign of depression.
