Try to improve your overall health and boost your immune system. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, good protein.
Avoid high fructose corn syrup and most sugars. Do not drink diet drinks. Very moderate on alcohol. Don;t smoke. Take multivitamins, vit d3, kelp tablets (for iodine), at least 1000 mg vitamin c per day. Exercise.
