You need to be under the supervision of three good doctors. A neurologist, to keep your migraines under control. A psychiatrist to help with your PTSD and an Encrinologist who can detect hormonal balances and adjust them accordingly. And if you smoke, i suggest you quit!

Its regretful to see people having such problems! Best thing you can do is stay positive and rehabilitate yourself! It can be brought under control, and i think exercise, and staying fit is a key element in the rehab process. Good luck.
