My finger tips and toes are always cold and sometimes numb. Could I be anenmic? I'm always cold.

Maybe, but unlikely. Cold finger tips and toes are usually not caused by anemia, but a cold environment. Some people are more sensitve to the cold than others. There is a condition called raynaud phenomenon which is an exaggerated vascular response to the cold where the fingers and toes become almost white in reponse to the cold. I recommend seeing your doctor about further testing (including anemia) for a diagnosis.
