In brief: Incr temp & activity

Without seeing you and doing a physical exam and without having your vital signs it is very hard to make an assessment about your cold extremities at home.
The most common reasons would be a cold environment (home) and lack of physical activity. The best way to test this out would be by doing 10 laps around the living room, wearing warmer clothes (gloves/socks), or simply turning up temp inside.

In brief: Interesting symptom

A visit to a primary care doctor can help figure things out.
An evaluation and some blood tests can tell if there is a hormonal problem such as low thyroid hormone. Results can also tell if there is anemia such as low iron, low vitamin b12, or other anemias. Sometimes a person has autoimmune disorders that decrease blood flow to the hands and feet (called raynaud's symptoms).
