Which multi-vitamin brand is best absorbed? Gnc? Standard process? Advocare?

Why do you ask? Somebody else here please correct me if necessary, but i would extremely surprised if this information exists, especially given that each preparation contains many different nutrients each of which is absorbed independent of the compounding. The supplement business is so competitive that each wants to claim (curiously, without having to be truthful) that it offers some advantage. Don't overspend.
