In brief: Cause and rx

Usually caused by pushing at stool.
Increasing fiber in the diet cause more normal bms without pushing..I wouldtry it.

In brief: Fissure

Anal fissures are cuts, caused by increased pressure on the rectum, constipation, trauma, or hemorrhoids themselves.
Since anal and rectal cancer can act the same way, see a board certified gastroenterologist.

A hemorrhoid can be where a fissure originates. They are related.A hemorrhoid makes a fissure more likely, and if a fissure is present, the ensuing constipation can cause dilated vein.
