My 7 month old stays up for 15 hours a day and takes no nap, she wakes up 3 times a night and still wakes up early in the morning...Is this normal?

In brief: No

This is not a normal or healthy sleep pattern for an infant.
Causes of this vary and a thorough discussion of what is going on along with an exam to see if there is anything physical keeping her awake are recommended. Zero to three might have more information to help as well (http://tinyurl.Com/7jwm63r).

Two important questions: 1) How does your child fall asleep at night? 2) What do you do to get your baby back to sleep when she wakens. Babies that don't learn how to fall asleep in their crib at bedtime and are rocked back to sleep or given a bottle are more likely to have the type of sleep problems you are describing.

In brief: No

Your baby needs more sleep.
How do you put baby down for sleep? If asleep before in bed, he'll wake more frequently than if he falls asleep in bed, on his own. The environment where he falls asleep should be the same as the room you expect him to sleep in. Schedule a visit with your pediatrician to learn how to help your baby fall asleep, the sooner the better.
