In brief: Sleep apnea!

Do you snore at night? This could be that you are having sleep apnea.
You will probably benefit from a sleep study to see i there is any sleep disorder. Check with your primary care about this.

In brief: Fatigue

There are many reasons for being tired.
Getting sleep, but having sleep apnea may be one. Low blood count, low vitamin d, low thyroid level (increase tsh). It may be ok to start with vitamin D3 supplementation of around 2000 i.U per day esp. If you live in areas that sun is not out all the time.
