In a structurally normal heart with no channelopathies and no ischemic disease, are multifocal PVCs more likely to lead into polymorphic VT or to lead into monomorphic VT?

PVC's. Having no structural heart abnormalities is reassuring, but if PVC's are more than 10% of your total heart beats in a 24 hour period it raises more concern and can,in time, cause a cardiomyopathy..I am more concerned with multifocal or polymorphic PVC's than unifocal or monomorphic ones. Certainly a cardiologist or EP specialist would be most qualified to evaluate and advise you.
