I'm 28 years old asian male. I have a chest pain. It's been around 3 years now. It happened last night. It occurs on the left side below the breast and lasts for about 5 minutes. It isn't very painful but it hurts more when I take a deep breath. Thank you.

Time to see a doctor. Random intermittent brief chest pains means one should talk with his doctor. In young adults, chest pain could very rarely be a heart attack. It more likely is something such as myocarditis, pericarditis, other heart symptoms, costochondritis (inflamed rib cartilage), pleurisy, or anxiety attack symptoms. The ER can evaluate, if a patient is not able to contact a primary care doctor.
