In brief: Sinus infection?

The muscle aches, headache, and fever suggests some infection.
It sounds like it might be a sinus infection. If fever is over 100.5, then seeing a doctor is wise. Otherwise, trying some decongestants and/or antihistamines to open up the sinuses and let them drain; and add some Motrin or tylenol (acetaminophen) for the muscle and head aches. See a primary care doctor if symptoms don't get better or do get worse.

In brief: Viral infection

This sounds like a viral infection and if persists you should follow up with your doctor.
