I’m 42 yro male w Bradycardia, Orthostatic Hypotension & Autonomous Dys, recently 2 ECGs showed “Possible Inferior Myocardial Infarction...” & “Intraventricular Conduction Delay”. Currently take 10mg midodrine and 0.1 Fludrocortisone. Is this normal?

EKG findings. Possible inferior wall myocardial infarction means that there are Q waves in the inferior leads(2,3 and AVF) that are not definitely pathologic and may simply be positional. In the old days we did a vectorcardiogram to distinguish, but now an echocardiogram often helps to distinguish. Intraventricular conduction delay means the QRS duration exceeds 0.10 and is nonspecific. A cardiologist can advis.
