Do some stretching of your neck. Lay on the floor and put a rolled up towel under your neck, high up, right under where your skull joins your upper neck. Then try some relaxation exercises. Over the counter meds like ibuprophen and acetominophen, especially if taken together, can help where each one can't alone. If these don't help, go to doc.
