My 22yr old daughter has been tired for 4 weeks . Routine CBC showed low WBC((3.4) secondary to low Neutrophils (1414). Everything else was fine . Now dr.ordered ‘fatigue ‘test,including epst.barr,.But she had mono 3yrs ago.it’ll be positive anyway?
