My Drs weren't too sure about diagnosing me due to the fact that I have no symptoms besides stomach pains since October. Could fluid around my right lung have moved from my abdomen? Could I have been incorrectly diagnosed with extra pulmonary TB?

In brief: Cultures fluid

The fluid may be removed and a sample sent for culture with imaging guidance.
Your physicians may also test for other infections and conditions.

In brief: Unlikely

The abdomen & chest are separate body compartments separated by a series of membrane structures.
Fluid does not pass from your abdomen to around your lung. You have provided no data to suggest what or how any diagnoses were made and or whether they would be correct. Return to your docs for additional studies if the issue remains confusing.
