I don't eat a lot of meat in general. I'm changing my diet to 80% of the time pescatarian and 20% of time omnivore. Are there any obvious drawbacks?

In brief: Healthy diet

What you propose is fine as long as 50% of the volume of food you eat is actually vegetables or fruit.
Would be better if 50% vegetarian, 40% pescatarian, and 10% omnivore.
