Lysteda works well for my heavy periods. I read eyelid twitching is a serious side effect, I was unaware. What does it mean?!

In brief: Lysteda

Tranexamic acid works by inhibiting your bodies plasmin.
Common adverse effects are diarrhea, hypotenison (mainly when given IV), nausea/vomiting and visual abnormalities. I am unaware of "eye twitiching" as a sign of side effect. At least I can not find this on a peer reviewed source.
