High BP and pain. Hello,
Pain (& even anxiety from a Dr's visit–the "white coat effect") can raise transiently BP, you should establish if your BP is high at baseline (regularly, which should be treated, as high BP increases risk of heart and brain problems) by keeping 1 1-2 week record of your BP measured when you wake up (before getting out of bed), and in the evening. Also, high BP itself can cause headache.
